licecap.ini is missed after installation

I have laptop with doc station and 2 monitors, my admin rights was given me via AD to install the software.

After installation with admin rights the main window of software was not displayed. Re-run with admin rights - did not help.

Manually creation of empty licecap.ini in C:\Program Files (x86)\LICEcap fixed the issue. Found solution here: https://forum.cockos.com/archive/index.php/t-172452.html

Configuration: Win 7 Enterprise SP1 x64 LICECap v1.28

Hmm that's not a good fix -- try removing your C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\LICEcap\licecap.ini instead.
