Low fps on windows 10

I'm using licecap on windows 10 x64 pro and enterprise The issue is even though the max frame rate is high (120) the actual frame rate is low ~30 which makes the generated gif bad looking. Any solutions?

Can confirm. Target framerate set to 60 and I get around 30 all the time.
