Windows Tooltips?

Hello,

I would very much like to capture menu tooltips, running under Windows. The current version, v1.32, apparently does not capture tooltips.

Or if anyone has a technical explanation on how to capture tooltips, or how to modify the source code to do it, then please respond. Thanks.
