Make a way to show both input fields visible in small sizes

Sometimes I want to have a gif of a size like 100×100. But I can’t do that, because input fields get hidden when I enter small width. So I have to resize it manually, enter one, then another one. If I mis-guessed the size I need, I have to repeat that.
