Feature Request - Delay Recording Start?

App is very useful, thank you for spending your time on it.

One minor annoyance is that the record button starts recording immediately. In other screen capture apps (camtasia, jing) they have a useful feature, once you hit record it will count down from 5. The reason this is useful is because it gives me a chance to kick off the action that I want to record right before the recording starts. It would shave off a couple seconds at the beginning of most of my gifs.

This already exists (on OS X at least). If you look in the bottom left corner when you hit record, there's a 3 second "preroll" count down.

On Windows there's a 3 second pre-roll too.

Would be useful though to set a custom amount of seconds. So much stress within 3 seconds. ;)
