Problem with contour plot

Hi! I'm using matlab v2017b and contour plot seems not working...I see only borders, without data under it (i assume it should be filled with color, right? 😄 ). Like here: image Do you have any advices?

Hmm... I can't seem to replicate. I just did this on R2017a on ubuntu 16.04. Let me try downloading 2018a... screenshot from 2018-03-29 21-08-14

Just installed 2017b and tried again:

Can you send me the images you used? Also, which OS are you using?

I think it's not data related, because it doesn't work of none of my photos or your samples. I have checked that one more time, and again: image

I'm using Windows 10...maybe it's OS related...I can check later if linux resolves the problem...(next week :)) What else could I doing wrong?

Ok I can confirm this is an issue in 2017a/b on windows... Let me try to debug. Really this is a mathworks issue if it works on ubuntu but not windows imo. plot

Arg, this might take some more time... Mathworks must have changed something since R2015 since this used to work fine (and it also works fine on ubuntu). I'll try to see if I can get a simple example of this bug running and ship it to mathworks.

I'm testing this on 2018a now. I don't think mathworks can really do anything at this point.
