Revisit the initiative to remove the message base class

A pull request was created to do this, but it was closed. We should probably revisit this a little later, once we've completed some of the more urgent work in progress.

This will be a huge breakthrough! I think we shouldn't couple our domain with justsaying specific implementations. In Masstransit we can do this but it uses message envelope which is bad for interoperability. Here we can have both.

In c# people tends to share type instead contracts. Maybe because it is a compiled language or a strongly typed. I think if we have a naming convention for routing, not essential based on fullname classes, can help people not mislead this.
