Any app with preferences needs one. Depends on #5 (need one preference to exist before you can edit it).

Enhancement request from a Play Store review: Add the lag meter on servers to show how laggy your connection would be to the server. Not sure what the specification would...

While the app is open, it should automatically refresh the server list every so often. Use a preference for how often.
