Subtitle display issue

My video has two audio tracks and two subtitles, I chose the second audio track as the default audio track, but I didn't select the default subtitle, I play it on Sony Blu-ray player and Panasonic Blu-ray player, they will show subtitles by default, please help fix this issue, thank you!
