Activate LED number setting using hold function with cycle button

Currently the LED number setting is in the rotation of patterns. Just to keep pattern cycling neat, I want to separate the LED number setting from the pattern cycle and let the user access the setting by holding the cycle button then exit the setting by short pressing the cycle button.
