Add support for ElectronicCats Wi-Fi Marauder Flipper Shield

This adds support for ElectronicCats Wi-Fi Marauder Flipper Add-On

Only TX1 and RX1 pins need to be changed. So Serial communication works again and we can write .pcap files successfully.

esp Arduino Core needs to be changed from 2.0.10 to 2.0.11 also.
