Support for Qt6

Would be nice if there would be Qt6 support for those rules.

+1. I haven't used Qt6 yet, but plan to try it out at some point. If you're able to get anything working, please let me know and/or send a PR.

I’ve recently been working on building Qt 6 using rules_foreign_cc. To which repo should I submit a PR, this one or @Vertexwahn’s, which seems to support Qt6?
