Split Payments Flow Changes (v2)

Need to add following changes for split payments flow:

  • AdditionalPaymentMethodData in payments confirm
  • payments core changes to execute transactions using two payment method
  • link_id to be introduced in Payment Attempt and active_link_id in Payment Intent
