[FEATURE] Tokenization service

Feature Description

Need of generic tokenization service is required which can be used to tokenize any data which could be used by the consumer in various other services, one of the usecases is proxy payments

Possible Implementation

Use the locker to store the tokenized data and give out reference to that data to user through which it can be used in any place.
