[FEATURE] multiple examples for a endpoint

Feature Description

Currently, the payments create request in documentation has only one example.

It will be better to have multiple examples which say how to do different types of payments like

• 3DS payment.
• Manual capture payment
• Card payment
• Wallet payment

Possible Implementation

Add multiple examples in the path endpoint of utoipa.
