[FEATURE] Allow time based filters for Analytics and Payment Operations

Feature Description

Allow dashboard users to use the Date filter to also set time based filters (like last 30 mins, 1 hour. 12 hours, etc) similar to Grafana dashboard.

This is an ask from Getin and other merchants as well since they would need visibility on flash sale events that happen for 1-2 hour window
