Onboarding of Standard Merchant Accounts in Platform Org

Currently, the Platform Organization only supports a Platform Merchant Account by default, and Connected Merchant Accounts.

But in addition to extension of the VSaaS Architecture, the Platform Organization should now also support Standard Merchant Accounts.

Creation of Merchant Account in the Platform Organization should now be given an option, either Standard and Connected.

In addition, creation of Connected Merchant Accounts will not be allowed on Sandbox and Production until the feature is stable.
