window frame moving when rotating
Environment:
- OS: Windows 11
- qView version: 6.1
Information: Whenever you hit the hotkeys to rotate the image, it rotates as intended. The side effect, however, is that for most images, when you do a full rotation, the window frame gets slightly shifted when not at fullscreen (in my case, to the right). This is normally not noticeable, until you hold on to the button of the angle you are working with.
It looks like the image is sliding out of its original position, and potentially, out of view. This can be annoying to deal with in situations like multi-monitor, because people are typically not aware of how much they have already rotated the image. In the example case, the image can move out of view which can get distracting and very confusing.
What I would suggest is a memory of "fixed" XY so that the window center is always bound.
Window frame does not shift on macOS, can anyone reproduce on Windows?
