Fix device not managed and disconnected showing on network manager

Is there a way to do this without doing sudo service network-manager restart twice. I was thinking about creating a script whenever I plugged in the device to do this, however it didn't work.

You could try whether systemd detects the network going away and restart network-manager in that case.
