Initial kodi 19 support

This skin seems to work as usual in kodi 19 if xbmc.gui is updated (at least all the basic things)

This pull request update xbmc.gui to support kodi 19 and remove extendedinfo dependency (as it's seems abbandoned and isn't needed to run the skin) https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:ExtendedInfo_Script

Fix also a bug on weather menu ($LOCALIZE[31411] was not converted in "unsupported" string as it should)

Aura hasn't been meaningfully updated in almost two years... I'd be surprised if this gets merged. Good work, though 👍

Yes this skin seems to be abandoned, i knew it when i submitted this pull.. it was just a hope :D Maybe i will cherry-pick some pull requests present in this repo if someone is going to use my fork, but i advice to start searching for another skin (a supported one)
