[Feature] Light Colour Scheme

Add light colour scheme (ala Arctic Zephyr default).

For what it's worth, I think most of us would prefer dark theme as the default too 😅

The light theme is quite beautiful, problem is the dialogs. They are -way- too bright, near-white background makes it very hard to read in the dark. Perhaps a dialog background closer to gray would be a nice compromise.
