[Feature] Option to use "mono" media icons

No problem, just preference.
Describe the solution you'd like
Option to use mono "codec" icons, similar to the set found in skin.arctic.zephyr.2.resurrection.mod. The color icons currently in use don't have as consistent of a design "language" as the rest of the skin.

There are two major roadblocks to implementing monochrome icons: (1) language flags; and (2) provider icons.
Language flags cannot be monochrome because of German/French/Italian etc. type flags that are three stripes. Provider icons are provided by JustWatch via TMDb rather than in the skin itself. Also it is a term of use that the icons remain standard.
For example, it just looks off when the language flag is colour but the rest are monochrome:
Even worse is when colour provider icons are mixed with monochrome ratings icons. It just looks off:
Right... I haven't thought about it especially for 1).
I do have coded info only, with no flags, that's why kinda work.
About 2), I actually like the rating ones colored for more visibility.
But yeah I do see the issues.
EDIT : @jurialmunkey just tossing this one in, even tho I do agree that's not the best solution : what if a user can select the "mono" style only for the coded info (like in the picture above) leaving everything else untouched ? so that would be only up the user taste. Def would work good in the OSD
That still wouldn't solve the issue for audio/subs flags and also the justwatch streaming provider icons.
I'm not opposed to an option to mix and match ratings/codecs being mono but at the very least I would want the entire area to be consistent (i.e. if codecs are mono then the entire footer area should be mono // if ratings are mono then entire ratings line should be mono).
That's the major roadblock. The code for monochrome icons has actually been in the skin from the start but I just simply haven't been happy enough with it to add a setting to enable it yet.
Oh yeah, it won't solve it at all. It was just in case the user options are now showing flag icons and such.
But i totally understand there must be consistency tho :) I will leave it up to you , but yeah i do see the roadblock
