[BUG] Artwork language

Describe the bug

There are certain problems when choosing a language other than English.

  1. If we choose for example Russian, if there is no clearlogo in Russian, it shows "no language" clearlogo which is usually very strange artwork and even wrong. https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/572802-aquaman-and-the-lost-kingdom/images/logos

  2. When the "fallback to english when main language unavailable" option is enabled, the following things happen.

a. If only this option is turned on and the others are turned off, then the English language overrides the language I selected and clearlogo and landscape become English.

b. When this option + "Prefer artwork from TMDB first if available" is turned on, then there is no English fallback, only the language I selected.

c. When I turn on this option and "fanart.tv for plugin/widget" then it works as it should.

With this, I concluded that only the fallback from fanart.tv works. Why doesn't work fallback from TMDB?

Also, if there is no plot, tagline... in the selected language, instead of displaying it in English, it still remains an empty text.
