Based on discussion at https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab/issues/3026, should we archive this repo? Is there anyone out there that wants to keep this repo up to date?

Leaving open for discussion for now. If there is no discussion, I'll archive this repo in the future.

Can we archive this or make it clear that this is outdated? I found this confusing and accidentally used this when trying to test something.
