jupyter lab shortcuts are not working after installing jupyterlab-toc

For example when the code of a cell is selected shift+enter is not working. To use shift+enter it is necessary to select the cell. dd is not working at all

Could you please provide the JupyterLab version and TOC version?

I use Python 3.7.6, jupyterlab-2.0.1 and installed TOC with jupyter labextension install @jupyterlab/toc.

Works fine here. (I have Python 3.8.2, jupyterlab-2.0.1).
