Missing drive panel after reinstall

Running on Google Slate Chromebook. Finally got a drive panel but omitted to check the box that I saw as I pressed the button to login which would have enabled me to see and edit files in drive!! Hence, (I presume) I got a blank drive panel. Despite shutting down the lab tab, termnating the process in terminal, clearing cache, uninstalling jupyter, reinstalling jupyter and drive extension, I get no drive panel. See attached images

I don't think the setTimeout violation has anything to do with it
