Request: Allow the app to be installed without root access and/or to be portable

Hello,

To install the app, admin rights are necessary on windows, mainly I guess due to the default installation path.

It would be nice to be able to install it in a custom path without having to have admin right. A portable version would be nice also (like winpython dist)
