Settings saved confirmation message is not visible

In the settings dialog, after I click "Save Changes", the confirmation message does not appear.

Reproduce

Open the settings dialog. Scroll to the bottom, and click "Save Changes":

The scroll bar position changes slightly, but no confirmation is visible:

If I scroll down, I can see the confirmation message:

Expected behavior

The "Settings saved successfully." message is visible even if the Jupyter AI settings panel has a scroll bar in it.

Or you could place the "Settings saved" message at the top? (That would place it right next to the Back arrow.) I admit to spending half an hour re-entering an API key over and over again and getting authentication errors before I realized my settings weren't saved. In my case, I was clicking "Save" without first clicking the green checkmark…
