Cannot broadcast server awareness error

Description

Noticed this issue in my server logs after upgrading to Jupyter Chat v0.14.0 in a dev branch:

[E 2025-06-24 13:09:12.498 ServerApp] Cannot broadcast server awareness: YRoom not started
[E 2025-06-24 13:09:12.499 ServerApp] Cannot broadcast server awareness: YRoom not started

When this occurs, it seems like the personas are not able to set isWriting: true and show the "Jupyternaut is writing..." indicator.
