Cell magic

Not really being able to install too muh extensions, I was wondering if there would be a way to use this as a cell magic.

That is something like blackcellmagic: specifying %%spellchecker at the begining of a markdown cell and running it will perform the checking then remove the command.

Any idea on how to do this ?
