How yarnspawner connects to the yarn cluster

Hi there,

Could you tell me is there any config about connecting to the yarn cluster? In other words, how does yarnspawner find the resource manager and submit the job? What happens if JupyterHub is outside the hadoop cluster? Thanks a lot!
