The showcase GIF in the README is too large

The showcase GIF in the README weighs over 20 MB. Most other GIFs in readme are also about 8 MB each, totalling 58.9 MB of resources and taking for me 50.31s to fully load. This might be seen as sub-optimal by users who use expensive mobile internet.

For comparison, https://github.com/jupytercalpoly/jupyterlab-clarity-mode loads 1.7 MB of resources in 1.01s.

This also means that the overview GIF does not load on PyPI:
