Configurable CSV delimiter

Describe the new feature being added Currently, the CSV delimiter is set in stone and it would be nice to have it optionally configurable (like the default viewer has).

How will this feature improve this extension A lot of (externally created) CSV's use different delimiters (;, \t, |) and it's a pain to change them as other tools might rely on that specific delimiter.

Describe alternatives you've considered Find and replace actions for personal testing, but I can't expect users to do this and it might be conflicting with array delimiters within cells.
