Expose all current features

[cameron-toy]

Certain features (like cropping a dashboard to the minimum size required to contain the outputs) are implemented but not accessible within JupyterLab. These features should be accessible and appropriately placed in the dashboard toolbar, JupyterLab toolbar, and context menus.
