installation issues on jupyter lab 3.2.8

Describe the bug

Can not move cell to dashboard so looked at installation. The dash menu looks different than the demo (copied below). The installed extension does not show jupyterlab-interactive-dashboard-editor but if you search for 'dash' in the extensions manager, this shows up as installed (image below) so some kind of bug in installation

• Browser Edge
• JupyterLab Version 3.2.8

!pip freeze does not list this extension either even though it has been installed via pip
