[Ch 5] Add nbtutor

What chapter do you think these will go in?

That's a good question. They are both extensions, so maybe in a section on how to extend. But also both are engagement/teaching practices, so, maybe in Tips and Tricks in Chapter 5...

I only ask because I've been trying to indicate the "where" in the issue titles which will be useful for future contributors.
