Error on Connection

The server comes up fine, but when connecting with a browser, it throws:

"ERROR:terminado.websocket:not able to serialize: expected string or bytes-like object"

I've tried tracing the error, but failed. My apologies. I'd like to be more helpful!!

I see that's not my error now. The error has to do with something not being loaded in by the browser....

I'm seeing:

WARNING:tornado.general:403 GET /xstatic/termjs/term.js?v=68946c0396179ab51b8f8a8cdae05c3be1b0be94358a44ea00dfcfe698039c97307980ace681e20ef14072581338cfe7c72f9229259a6735b1571dc6ca78068c (127.0.0.1): termjs\term.js is not in root static directory

Starting to think this might be the issue....
