I have the same problem. After installing Jupyter notebook when I start jupyter notebook from cmd it opens this C:/Users/Thinkpad/AppData/Roaming/jupyter/runtime/nbserver-12304-open.html directory in chrome. But when I type http://localhost:8888/tree I am directed to jupyter notebook

Tengo el mismo problema. Después de instalar Jupyter notebook cuando inicio jupyter notebook desde cmd, abre este directorio C:/Users/Thinkpad/AppData/Roaming/jupyter/runtime/nbserver-12304-open.html en Chrome. Pero cuando escribo http://localhost:8888/tree , se me dirige al cuaderno jupyter

2 años, y nadie de GitHub te respondió ? tengo el mismo problema ahora, cual es la solución?
