FAQ page hits "500 : Internal Server Error"

Describe the bug Clicking the FAQ link to go to https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/faq hits "500 : Internal Server Error"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the front page https://nbviewer.jupyter.org
2. Click on FAQ in the top right corner to go to https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/faq
3. See error

Expected behavior The page should render https://github.com/jupyter/nbviewer/blob/master/nbviewer/templates/faq.md (I think?)

I am able to reproduce this error as well. It will be looked into it soon.

I hope this isn't a bug introduced as a result of one of my PR's, but it seems possible to me that it could be.
