Expected behavior

create new project (this is the first time using nbgrader)

Actual behavior

It stops at Generating example config file... and never finishes

nbgrader quickstart <project>

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this. Can you try with version 0.7.0 of nbgrader (just released) and see if the problem still persists for you?

Ah just noticed you're on windows; I was testing on mac. Still would be good to know if the problem is still present on 0.7.0 though if you could try it!
