https://jupyter.org/kernels has a 404 error

The https://jupyter.org/kernels page listed several times in the docs as the output of this repo gives a 404 error.

I don't believe here ever was a kernels/ page. Where in the docs ?

Fixed on cloud flare that now redirect to the wiki page.

Ehm, it seems like docker-stacks is kind of doing this. Until we decide on how we might move forward, it's fine to archive it.

There's definitely still sentiment that most kernels aren't ready for primetime, but as the scope of the kernels repo suggests, we'll have to do a lot of work and outreach to measure that and then try and do something about it. Maybe a whitepaper is needed?
