Jupyter 4.4.0 shows empty currently running servers

I have recently installed Jupyter on my CentOS 7 and facing issue that I cannot access the server remotely and it shows an empty server list.

[root@s1 ~]# jupyter notebook list Currently running servers:

Any help will be much appreciated.
