How do I install a wrapper or pip on Jupyter

I'm learning the lingo here a little bit although I would like to install tabula among other things

https://github.com/chezou/tabula-py

and have access to it on jupyter for example

import tabula

Although I cant for the life of me figure out how to do it I've google the web and tried a lot of different things and cant seem to get it to work. Can some one help a novice out, I'm sure its straight forward.
