Multiple browsers on the same notebook with declarativewidgets cause first one in to fail

We need to do more investigation about the real cause of this. If a 2nd user does a Run All on a notebook that is already opened by a 1st user, then the 1st user's widgets stop working. I think this has to do with our singleton channel on the kernel.
