Busy indicator covers portion of navbar

It doesn't look the best when the busy indicator shows over the top of the navbar. It gets close to the text. A simple solution could be to have it emerge from the bottom of the navbar (and as it currently is at the top of screen when in presentation mode).

The navbar is currently not fixed to the top of the screen in long scrollable notebooks. The progress bar is. Might be we need to fix the navbar as part of this if you plan on making the progress bar stick to the bottom of it.
