@gnestor @willwhitney @thomasingalls @kwilcox : We are doing a little GitHub housekeeping and plan to move projects like this one under the new repo "Experiments".

Well, this is a whole Atom package that uses the apm lifecycle. How about we just move it to the nteract org and we'll maintain it along with the other Atom package Hydrogen?

I think it's time we act on this. What are our options? We can transfer to the nteract org? Do we have an experimental Jupyter org?
