to get to know which cell value is changed

Is there any way to get which cell's value is changed recently in a column, so that i can send that cell location to calculate and fill in a specified cell? Thank you

I would create a observe on the cells that I expect the change and would create a dataframe from the sheet before and after the change and do a outer join on both, select the record which is available in the right alone.
