naas - Test and Deploy version on Pypip not working

@Dr0p42, @MinuraPunchihewa, I tried to test your latest update on naas (pipeline https://github.com/jupyter-naas/naas/pull/402) but I was not able to update the naas package version on my Lab because there is an issue in the CICD: https://github.com/jupyter-naas/naas/actions/runs/5409728554 Can you please have a look and try to fix it? 🙏
