MD -> LaTeX: Add option to use `cref` for referencing

Proposal

There seems to have been the inverse of this suggestion in #876. Would be good to have it the other way around as well, namely, if the label is inside a math, figure, etc. LaTeX recognized environments, than it can use \cref commands to link by default.
