Download individual pages as PDF

With Jupyter Book v1, I was able to easily download individual pages as a PDF or in its original file format (.md, .ipynb). Now with Jupyter Book v2, I can easily create a PDF of the whole book, but have lost the ability to download individual pages, I can only download the source file.
